Installation Guides Engineered Wood products Underfloor Heating Solid Wood Products Warranty   10 Year Guarantee Crown Classic Parquet flooring (3 layer wood flooring) guarantees that the wear-layer  will not be worn through within a time of 10 years after purchase – provided there is normal usage in a domestic environment. The guarantee covers damage resulting from manufacturing related defects, which reduce the function of the floor. Conditions for this guarantee: A minimum of 10% of the area has been affected. Installer and consumer have installed and maintained the floor according to Crown Classic installation and maintenance instructions.  All floors have been inspected for visible defects prior to installation. The following damages are excluded from this guarantee: Damages through improper use, accidents, or insects. Optical/Visual impacts such as – gaps, indentation, seasonal climate-related change (cupping, expansion, shrinkage), wear to lacquer or oil finish and colour change related to exposure to sunlight. Damages caused by inappropriate installation, poor or no maintenance or cleaning. Damage through mechanical and chemical impact. Damage through impact of moisture. All claims must be filed within 10 days of complaint identification at the dealer where the floor was purchased.
